On Tuesday, March 25, former Martinsville High School standout Ella Whitney’s current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.
The game took place at Price Field at The Eleanor Forsythe St. John Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Sycamores this season.
The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 3 p.m. at Meserve Field against Bowling Green Falcons.
