On Saturday, March 22, former Martinsville High School standout Ella Whitney’s current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, won 13-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Toledo Rockets.
The game took place at First Merchants Ballpark Complex. This was their third matchup against the Rockets this season.
The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at Price Field at The Eleanor Forsythe St. John Softball Complex against Indiana State Sycamores.
