Leadership Johnson County will host Leading From Behind A Screen In A Virtual Environment on Thursday, September 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and via Zoom.
The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many of us working remotely and using video technology to conduct most of our business. Leadership during challenging times is more important than ever and learning how to use available technologies to leverage your leadership skills and communicate effectively in a virtual environment is crucial.
The workshop will be held via Zoom so that facilitators Amanda Conklin and Angela Tressel, from the NCAA, can share and demonstrate some of the tips and tools they have learned over the last 18 months leading both one-on-one and with groups of varying sizes.
