Of the 1,495 people living in Princes Lakes in 2020, 56.2 percent (840) were women and 43.8 percent (655) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Indy News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 161. In the 65 and over age range, there were 130 females and 147 males.
