Construction Stormwater General Permit Public Notice
The City of Martinsville (59 S. Jefferson Street, Martinsville, Indiana 46151) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the I-69 Water and Sanitary Sewer Extension Project at SR44. The project is located along I-69 between SR252 and SR44. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Indian Creek.
