Baldwin/Carlisle Alley Construction
Alley construction is set to start on Tuesday, September 6th between Baldwin and Carlisle Street with an anticipated completion date in late November. The alley will be completely closed for the duration of the project.
The project will include:
-New water main and customer service lines
-New sanitary sewer main and customer laterals
-New asphalt the entire length of the alleyway
