The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) women’s tennis teams competed in week 11 of the 2021-22 season.

Athlete of the Week:
Mallory Sands (Gas City, Ind.) Manchester University | Senior - Sands helped propel Manchester to its first win since 2019 on Saturday against Grace Christian. Sands teamed up with Avin Demaso at the No. 3 flight for a 6-3 win. In singles play, Sands earned a thrilling three-set win at the No. 4 position 4-6, 6-1, 12-10!
Notable Performances:
Jenna Kuntz (Edinburgh, Ind.) Anderson University | Junior - Kuntz split her matches against St. Mary's (Ind.). She earned an 8-5 victory at No. 4 singles against Kathleen McLeod. Kuntz/Morgan Nation fell to Kalyn Borger/Meredith Heckert at No. 2 doubles by a score of 6-2.
Porsche Robinson (Houston, Texas) Transylvania University | Senior - Robinson went undefeated Sunday against Berea College, helping the Pioneers win 9-0. She played in No. 1 doubles, winning 8-0. Robinson also competed in No. 1 singles, winning that match in two sets, 6-0 and 6-0.
