The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) men’s golf teams competed in week two of the 2022-23 season.

Athlete of the Week:
Dawson Long (Paoli, Ind.) Hanover College | Senior - Long set a new school record and career best on Sunday afternoon as part of the Battle at Belterra. The senior currently sits atop the leader board at 66 strokes, five under par. His round included an eagle on a par four.
Notable Performances:
- Evan Kujawa (Toledo, Ohio) Bluffton University | Senior - Kujawa opened the Battle at Belterra with a 3-over 74 on Sunday, continuing his hot start to the 2022-23 season.
- Owen King (Crestwood, Ky.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | First-Year – King recorded a top-10 finish in day one of the Battle at Belterra with an opening day round of 75. Rose-Hulman stands third overall after day one of the event.
- Reed Gritton (Harrodsburg, Ky.) Transylvania University | Senior – In the first round of the Battle at Belterra this weekend, Gritton shot a 73 at Belterra leading Transy and is fourth in the field.
